The journey to our property is almost complete even more when your transportation is waiting for you at your arrival at Phuket Airport, therefore if you wish to book the transportation with us.

Please contact us at least 48h previous to your arrival  by email : h8099@accor.com and then advise your flight number and expected arrival time.

Please note that the transportation reservation is guaranteed, in case of flight change or delay, please advise us at least 24 hours, otherwise we will apply penalty charge, therefore in the event of late cancellation/no-show a full charge will be applied.
